Girls rocked Merrill & Houston’s Steak Joint on Nov. 16 for the monthly community network event – Girls’ Night Out Rock County (GNO) – benefiting Beloit Meals on Wheels. Thanks to more than 125 women in attendance and donations by friends of BMOW for the gift basket raffle; together, we raised more than $3200 in three hours to help feed our local seniors this holiday season. Our heartfelt thanks to Amy Newton, the GNO team, our dedicated community volunteers and BMOW board members for making this a fabulous event providing 320 meals and a daily check in to our local seniors.

Girls’ Night Out Rock County (GNO) is for any woman that wants to expand her circle of friend and give back to their community This is a fun social setting, great for meeting new people and a chance to get together with friends, coworkers, and clients. Each GNO event will give women the chance to learn about opportunities to volunteer or participate in local charities in the Rock County Community. GNO events will be held monthly at local restaurants and businesses in various cities throughout Rock County
A variety of women attend these events! Women new to the area, women looking for a new career, women starting a new career, women who love to be social, women just starting a business, women in all levels and types of business, and stay at home moms.
