There are many individuals that helped us achieve our long-time goal of moving to 1534 Shore Drive a year ago. Together, we are reaching more unserved and underserved seniors than ever before, and we genuinely appreciate everyone’s support.

As we look at “the numbers” from the past year, we are reminded of the remarkable difference we are making together, how great the need really is, and how much we have grown our operations thanks to the new, sustainable building and amazing delivery volunteers.

Here are some preliminary results of our reach from 2022 to 2023:

  • Total unique clients served – 306 (compared to 278 in 2022)
  • Total meals served – 63,877 (compared to 44,436 meals in 2022)
  • Total volunteer hours – 8,282 (compared to 7,931 hours in 2022)

From fostering meaningful connections to enhancing safety, promoting independence, improving quality of life, and supporting health and well-being, our program has touched the lives of many individuals in a profound way. We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and will continue our mission to combat senior hunger and isolation, one nutritious meal at a time.

If you or someone you know could benefit from our services or would like to get involved as a volunteer, please reach out to us at 608-362-3683 or visit beloitmealsonwheels.org.

Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our Beloit seniors who are unserved and unserved—one life changing knock at a time.
