Volunteering is Team Building!
Volunteering is a great team-building opportunity which strengthens an employee’s connection to their employer and their community. Many businesses find that purpose-driven work is linked to boosted morale, productivity and a renewed appreciation for the importance of their role, improving recruitment and retention efforts.
Each day, Beloit Meals On Wheels relies on volunteers to deliver nutritious meals to local seniors who can no longer cook for themselves and provide an equally important warm conversation and safety check.
Often, our volunteers are the only people our clients see that day. Your commitment to our non-profit organization saves us resources which allows us to provide more seniors with meals and that daily check-in.
Please consider a Workplace Delivery Team and offer your employees the opportunity to volunteer their lunch break so no Beloit senior goes hungry!
For further information, please call the Beloit Meals On Wheels office at 608-362-3683 or send us an email below. We look forward to hearing from you!
